Mabon
Semi-Primitive Camping Weekend
A Womxn's (re)Wilding Weekend Retreat
Thursday, September 19, 2024 -
Sunday, September 22, 2024
Come back to the land, come back to the magick. This womxn's retreat is crafted to celebrate the earthen lineage of the Pagan/Celtic Wheel of the Year, yet we are bound by no particular lens.

Known as the original time of gratitude and thanks, Mabon is the time of year when the harvest has been sowed and we are finishing up the preparations for winter after a (hopefully) successful harvest!
This high holy day is the second of three harvest celebrations, sandwiched between Lughnasadh (also known as Lamma) and Samhain (also known as Halloween!)

Let us honor Mama Earth together!

This semi-primitive gathering of aching souls is a time of ceremony, learning the old ways, connecting with ourselves, the earth, and each other, as well as surrendering to the glory of the seasons of life.

What say you, sweet soul? Are you ready to honor the fire that lives inside you?

Let's get dirty, let's get wild.

Our Sanctuary
We are honored to be able to use the land of Stephanie Layne of Thistle Bee Tea Co.

Having been in her family for generations, Stephanie wants to share the beautiful medicine of the land that holds so dear, and that she has helped to cultivate since birth.

Located in Yellow Springs, Ohio, (less than an hour from Dayton and Columbus) we will camp for the weekend. This is an opportunity to come back to the earth and honor her in the best ways we can.
A shower and bathroom are available, as well as non-potable water, and electricity. We will have jugs and jugs of fresh water available for use.

All food, coffee, and tea are provided. Breakfast and lunch will be served by my loving hands, but dinner will be made as a community. Feel free to bring yourself snacks!

Most of the pictures on this page are of the land (but not all.)
