About the Event

We will discuss stories of motherhood within the bhakti tradition in this all-levels wisdom offering led by Sandipani Muni. We will explore the significance of the Vedic truths to be uncovered within these stories, with space to reflect, as well. Discussing the _Seven Mothers_ we will open our eyes to the energy of the mother that exists all around, as archetype and individual.

The day will be steeped in community, with a kirtan to energize us. Kirtan is a dynamic form of call and response chanting & singing of sacred mantras to elevate the consciousness to rest in the heart with devotional love.

Kirtan will be followed by a vegetarian feast of prasad (food that has been first offered to the Divine). Please reach out if you have dietary restrictions, we would like the opportunity to accommodate.

Sandipani is a Bhakti philosophy teacher, musician, and Yoga instructor. He has taught, sang, and traveled to many places sharing the beautiful gifts of yoga, both philosophy and practice.

After graduating from London University and finding the mundane lifestyle of a 9-5 unsatisfying, he decided to dedicate all of his time to deepening his spiritual practice and study. Since 2014 he has traveled around the world to over 80 countries.

This offering is offered on a donation-based sliding scale, see the infographic for more details.

Recommended donation: $8/$18/$28

If the lowest sliding scale pricing option is still prohibitive for you to attend, please reach out so we can accommodate.
