Divine Embodiment: Connecting to Your Source of Sensual Delight

This 4-week on-line exploration and connection to your divine is just the thing your tender soul needs. We will work through understanding our sensuality on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. We do this through education, physical movement, spiritual journeying, ceremonies sharing and so much more. The topics discussed will be:

-Understanding Our Divine Vulva

-Reconnecting With Our Ecstatic Eros

-Journeying Through The Spiritual Realm of Raptured Bliss

-Exploring The Body Through Sensory Awakening 

This gathering will include moments of tenderness and vulnerability as we re-connect to our own body and sensual needs. Some of the things we’ll do:

-Vulva Gazing: We will discover the beauty of our own body with the help of a mirror, meditating on her divine beauty. 

-Journey into our mind’s eye through Pathworking. This is similar to meditation, however you will be active in your mind as opposed to the stillness often expected in meditation.

-Learn new ways to excite ourselves (and lovers) through the sensory experience. 

-Understand the history of the Divine and Celebrated Feminine. We are all Goddesses after all.

-Gentle physical movement in each class

*You will need a small amount of your own art supplies (dollar store stuff will be perfect,) and a hand mirror. You will receive a “What To Expect” email every week before class.
