Bone Woman: Sacred Circle Lead by Allison Hrabak

This is an Earth Circle where we will get in touch with La Loba, the Bone Woman.

You will hear the story of La Loba, the Bone Woman, before you embody her story. You will be given the space to recognize the fractured parts of yourselves and allow the missing pieces, those bits that we hide from and shove deep down, to come forward to return to you. May you welcome your whole self and stand in your power again.

You will be given the permission that has been denied to you for all too long, the permission to be messy against the tides of proper society. You will give yourself the grace to be loud in a society that demands your silence. You will give yourself permission to crack open when society demands we keep things locked up, neat and tidy and presentable. We will let it out and out and out, through dancing, drumming, and howling as we call these pieces back. And, once you have called the pieces back, you will allow any stuck energy to move

You will be led through a guided meditation to meet the Bone Woman herself, and to allow her blessings to be gifted to you.

There will be space for journaling and sharing.

We will end with a heartfelt meditation acknowledging the work you have done and to the knowing in your bones.

Please bring a drum or rattle to use in circle as well as your journal and pen, but worry not if you do not have one, we have many noise makers for you to use.

Light snacks and tea will be provided.
